General Rule and Conditions for Singapore Pawnbrokers Association Individual Membership and Associate Membership.

1. Anyone who wishes to join as Individual Member or Association Member must be introduced by corporate members or individual members and approved by the Executive Council.
2. Individual Members & Associate Members have no right to vote and or be voted to hold any position in the Executive Council.
3. Individual Members & Associate members are allowed to participate in any social activity organized by the Association. However, the Association?Rules and Regulations must be strictly adhered to.
4. An admission fee for Individual Member & Associate Member, which is deem fit and decided by the Executive Council shall be payable. No refunds will be made for any resignation/termination.
5. The Executive Council and or the President of the association reserve the right to terminate the membership of an Individual Members & Associate Member without any written notice.
